Student Council
Swords Community College adopts a partnership approach with students. Student voice is encouraged and actively sought. An elected Student Council was established early in the life of the school. The council meets weekly at lunchtime.

Board of Management
The Board of Management oversees governance of the school on behalf of Dublin & Dún Laoghaire ETB. Day-to-day management is carried out by the Principal and staff.
